How Low Thyroid Affects Your Body

Thyroid diseases are the most common type of hormonal problem that people all throughout the world experience. T3 and T4 are two important hormones that greatly affect your metabolic processes and physical development. One of the most excellent ways to improve thyroid function and avoid underactive thyroid is by eating food rich in iodine. You may also take B6 and B12 vitamins and supplements. Drinking of fresh juices also help and as much as possible, avoid eating processed foods and those rich in carbohydrates. Include food that has high fiber and omega-3 fatty acids content in your meal.

In case of serious conditions you need to take proper medication. Anyway, in all cases you should consult a doctor to get the right diagnostic and treatment.
